Raspberry Pi or Pie..?!?

Exactly what I was asking myself yesterday when I've been invited to attend a local creative group.
Rachel Rayns, artist-in-residence at Rasperry Pi illustrated with enormous passion her fantastic work with this extraordinary new platform.
Rasperry Pi, as you've might got it, it's not a cake ;-)
Raspberry Pi is a credit-card-sized computer created by ARM as educational tool with the aim of promoting computer science in schools. This capable little computer plugs into your TV and a keyboard and can be used in electronics projects as well as spreadsheets, word-processing and games. It also plays high-definition video.

Kids are tremendously good at it! It's fascinating to watch a 5 year-old typing codes away and create an interactive game by simply using this tremendous platform! Technology gallops! I used to play with Lego in my not-so-old-days!

Walking home I suddenly realised how little we know. Every discipline is becoming more and more specialised and our brain simply doesn't have enough space to capture and hold all this information.
It's so intriguing, especially for creative souls like me, to discover new platform, new opportunities, new challenges and be able to implement them and create an extraordinary new experience.
As Christmas is coming up, I might get a Raspberry Pi and literally start playing with it..

Ciao!
